Having already served as both Training and Operations Manager Gemma now is the company CEO leading an operations team.
MATHEW JOHNSTON
TUTOR & OPERATIONS LEAD
Mathew is a high level multi-sport coach having previously founded and ran 'I Am Sports'. Mathew tutors our L4 Sports Coach apprentices.
KATE SLEE
TUTOR & OPERATIONS LEAD
Kate tutors our L3 Early Educator apprentices and joins PEAK following a successful career in primary schools and nurseries.
JAMIE MOORE
TUTOR & OPERATIONS LEAD
Jamie tutors our L3 teaching assistants having completed his apprenticeship with PEAK. Jamie is also an accomplished dance instructor.
IAN HORABIN
MENTOR & OPERATIONS LEAD
Ian is an experienced school PE coach having formerly run his own coaching company. Ian will be delivering PE and supervising our Gateshead Pioneers.

Erin joins PEAK as a talented all-round sportswoman who is looking to develop as a coach. Erin is a keen footballer for Bedlington Belles.

Ellie is a keen all round sportswoman who has a wonderful demeanour when working with children and aspires to be the perfect role model for kids.
KATIE FELL
PIONEERS COACH
A former National level netballer Katies is now wanting to develop her skills as a schools coach. Katie still represents her county in netball.

Lyla is a talented dancer and has competed in competitions both as part of a team and individually. She also has experience of working with children.

Emma joins our Pioneers team having experience in counselling and children's mental health. She is a fantastic addition to our team.

Vicky has worked with children on sports camps in the past, she has now decided to do this permanently and is a fantastic addition to the team.

An young and inspirational football coach, Kayla joins us looking to develop her skills coaching children and in forging a coaching career for herself.

Thomas is an experienced football coach and now wishes to expand his knowledge of coaching. A former fire cadet in Northumberland.

Angelina has lots of experience working with early-years children. She joins us with an incredible background in child care and child development.

A former Assistant Head and LA Advisor, Dave has worked on projects for Sport England and the YST before founding PEAK in 2015.

A semi-professional footballer and qualified lifeguard, Jack joins us having completed his BTEC course in sports coaching.

Jay joins us from a renowned football academy where he has been honing his playing and coaching skills prior to developing his career in sport.

Having completed a Childcare course in college and having worked at a nursery and childcare centre, Holly joins our EY team in Wansbeck.

Allicia joins our Early Years team having had considerable prior experience working as a nanny and in the hospitality sector.
